Head Lice…Those Little Buggers Love Summer Camp!
Who doesn’t love summer camp? The water, the sunshine, the campfire…the head lice?!?! That’s right, head lice is a big problem at summer camp. Fortunately, preventing head lice is easy once you understand a few key things:
- head lice are spread by head to head contact, and contact with infested items. So teach your child to avoid head to head play, and not share personal items like towels, pillows and caps.
- head lice can be prevented with simple, all-natural products like shampoos, conditioners, hair treatment and fabric spray.
You can’t keep them out of the camp, but you can help keep head lice out of your child’s life!
